I truly love this game but I've noticed a few problems.

1. In the "record" menu and the level summary, "Doppels you allow in" should be "Doppels you allowed in"
2. Work Accident achievement image is missing a scar on chin
3. Clicking "go back" in the phone when unable to actually go back shows an outline around the element
4. Clicking on most menu buttons shows an outline around the button element
5. In the intro instructions, "watching" is misspelt as "whatching"
6. In the intro instructions, "isn't" is misspelt as "is'nt"
7. Text can block players from using the phone
8. Text can block player from questioning an individual
9. Cheek is misspelt on Elenois and Selenne Sverchzt's appearance descriptions
10. You can cancel an emergency, yet the button doesn't appear to be clickable after starting the emergency
11. Opening the phone causes opened folder and the checklist to disappear requiring the user to open them again
12. Pressing the emergency button changes the look of the emergency buttons glass lid
13. Occasionally, the top right of the screen becomes unclickable (I don't know what causes it, seems to happen more when alt tabbing)
14. You can close the emergency button's lid despite it not appearing to be clickable
15. In one of the lines when questioning a subject about their appearance "is" is misspelt as "it's"
16. During an emergency, pausing and unpausing causes today's list to disappear. It will reappear when you open the phone
17. During an emergency, pausing and unpausing causes the lid of the emergency button to revert to being closed
18. You can press the emergency button again after the phone is up, if you do this while calling the D.D.D. the security window will be forced closed instead of open
19. The "no answer" dialogue box will stay forever if you close the phone before it appears. It will disappear if you open and close the phone
20. When calling room F03-01, Mia Stone may say fiance when it should be fiancé
21. Some people don't know how to use rotary telephones, could be a good idea to explain how to use it
22. Steel Memory achievement is too easy to get if you just kill everyone

Occasionally, when questioning Alf Cappuccin about his appearance he will instead repeat the last thing he said. Seems to be more common when he is missing his hat.

The game is really fun! However, I've encountered a few bugs.

• If you clicking "go back" in the phone whilst unable to actually go back, an outline becomes visible around it.
•  Clicking "go back" too early in the phone whilst the no answer text box is visible, it will not go away until you open and close the phone menu again.
• Whilst the D.D.D. guy is in the room after you call the D.D.D. you can close his dialogue by opening the door, unsure if this happens elsewhere.
