Than its a Bug, i got the Fire crystel my inv but serena is already in the castle. Idk why only finish the castle in the Workshop and she was there. Maybe i must try a New savegame.  Everythink go well true the point where i meet ayane and after that im Stuck. 

And ayane told me only this.

Every Quest send me too the snow Region, i talkt with ayane and she says only something with a witch. I make a picture and Post it what i got in the help button

The Importent,  i must find the Fire essence (what i already got) learn to tame the Spirits and find an expert for essences.  (what i think its ryan but for the chirch i must go in crystel cave)

Than i got a Problem, i cant go in the snow Region and ayane told me only tho be carefull with the witch. The Fire in the Sand cave are still there. How i say, im Stuck 😅

And the help Button dont help me 🙃

i cant find the crystal cave... maybe im blind xD
