I love the pixel art, and the mechanics are really lovely! The only minor thing for me was the effect when killing an enemy—the camera shake felt just a little bit too intense. But overall, I had a lot of fun playing it! Great job! :)

Thank you so much! Hearing that you had fun really means a lot to us. About that soft-lock situation... I was actually aware of it! To be honest, it was completely intentional. I just wanted to give the player some time to stand in silence and question their life choices after losing all their money in blackjack! :D Jokes aside, you are absolutely right. Adding an immediate restart option or maybe a pause menu (where you can simply go to the main menu) would be much better for the polished version. Actually, our initial idea for the computer minigame was Flappy Bird! :) However, since the daily rent multiplies by 1.3x every day, we decided to add a betting system instead. This way, if you don't have enough money at the end of the day, you can risk it all to survive one more shift. I really appreciate your comment!
