Fair enough. Here is some other tips that might be helpful

- CAIN is just SCP + Persona 5 told by Gege Akutami with Tatsuki Fujimoto(Chainsaw Man) as a co-writer (not literally, but in terms of its explicit and near shameless inspirations). The tone should reflect a heavy angst mixed with eldritch horror and an absurd amount of gothic punk and goth punk. Though its a homebrew module, you can obviously mix your own themes, but even then I recommend mixing in yours while agknowledging that.

- For inspiration, you might wanna look into issue 3 of Games for Freaks. Urban can take alot of inspiration from Wire, Diplomacy from Tongue, and to a lesser extent Mythic from Mother in a fucked up sorta way. They don't fully overlap, but have similar niches in the same way Track has a similar niche to Sympathy and Edit.

- Give your Blasphemies darker implications and wilder feelt. Exorcists are baby SINS tamed by intense indoctrination from an organization that is basically meant to be symbolic to seminary or religious schools. Blasphemies are also deliberately limited not just for game balance, but in-universe forms of control. Even the seemingly less horrifying like PALACE, SYMPATHY and TRACK have them if you question them enough(Does an Exorcist's PALACE relate to a SIN's PALACE?; Doesnn't alot of these abilities imply that objects have a dull sentience?; 21st Century Schizoid Man?!; ect). MYTHIC should not be an exception to this rule.

- Your artstyle is pretty good, but add abit more color theory to it with some trippy effects to their pages. Cain doesn'tjust pick it's colors at random. The pages are meant to subconsciously communicate the emotions which use them. Tongue is red and aggressive, conveying the idea that the entire thing is shouting at you. Track is mellow and nostalgic, meant to feel the sensation. Wire is robotic yet electric, 90s hackerman and AOL. And Mother.....is infectious and wrong, unnerving. Also, some diagetic Power cards never hurt.

- Think about it, why does BIND always have a CAT 0 SIN regardless of their psychic training? Cause the moment it reaches CAT 1, they are a Form III Imago. Its also why BINDERS can be more creative with their powers with only broad-stroke theming around the Blasphemies. Also, all of UNDER//HEAVEN is a shameless and blatant about it's Suguru Geto inspiration. The image has their members have the phrase "kill all apes". So keep that in mind.

I noticed two things you might want to revise in the book, but that is up to you.

- First off, it doesn't show whether a power requires a Psychic Burst. While this is fine for the Urban, the rest of the Blasphamies don't have that symbol next to their name which signifies if they require a Burst.

- Second off, the Urban Blasphamy's Power Plant should be a part of the Passive since you need Power Plant to use any of your other powers, especially since it's passive is an overall detriment, not a bonus. Otherwise, you could be in a position where your choice of powers makes you unable to use Urban. And due to phrasing, this would be the case even if you advance into multiple Blasphamies or choose Mimic Technique from Sorcerer.

An alternate idea that fits the concept would merely be that the passive allows you to create a Power Plant using a Psychic Burst instead of using it outright. The Power Plant passively generates a pool of psychic energy that can refill Bursts every time Pressure goes up. Then you could add text in the Urban's other powers where it only lasts the end of the scene UNLESS attached to a Power Plant, which can extend the duration of summons with it's generated Bursts instead. It's niche can be similar to PALACE, associated with fortifying a safehouse.

Otherwise, this is a pretty solid bit of homebrew.
