First off I want to say incredible mod! Especially since I am able to play them with Crispy Doom. I did notice one bug though, which is that the "DOOMGUY REPLACEMENT helmetless" wad seems to crash Crispy Doom whenever launching it with the DOOM iwad but not the DOOM2 iwad, the helmet version seems to work just fine with both though :> Also the tail on the skin is seemingly missing on some of the sprites though I don't know if that's intentional or not, either way, incredible mod! I absolutely love it!
