I really enjoyed the VN! There were a lot of firsts for me in terms of learning about baseball and the methods of storytelling employed. For one, this has given me an imperitive to see a baseball game one day, something I have never done, not even on a screen. Maybe I will even learn to write scorecards! The story is woven into the narrative about baseball in such an interesting way! I especially appreciate the way the scorecards give a sense of time during scenes, and how they are used to describe the scenes themselves. I also like how the broken dialogue style is used both to show one of the character's perceptual experiences of the world, and the disconnect in their relationship. I was kind of amazed when opening the VN for the first time, and seeing the words snake across the screen. It really captivated me. I have a lot of thoughts about this VN... but no time to write them all :(
On a side note, thank you Kazehai for reading my VN. Coming from such a talented writer and artist, it is an honour. I think 2-4 '94 is the best VN I have ever read, my mind was blown. I aspire to be like you one day. Sur un autre point, j'ai appris le français pendant la majorité de ma carrière en école. Ceci était la première fois que c'était utile en dehors de ce contexte 😭😭😭😭 .
