i couldn't find a page for it on protonDB or wineDB nor could i find a guide for running Ceda on linux, so for people who want to play this on steam deck or linux here's a method i figured out
go to steam
+ Add a Game > "Add a Non-Steam Game" > Browse
select the "AtLeastThereIsCedaCedovic.exe" executable
Add Selected Program
Right click the game in your library
Properties... > Compatibility > Check "Force the use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool"
Select "Proton Experimental"
for me, the game will not run like this, it will crash
if this happens to you add 'PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%' to Shortcut > LAUNCH OPTIONS
Ceda should run perfectly now :)
