1st character: 1st room; Braineater; died.

2nd character: 1st room; Challenge; Tremors; failed, dropped lantern, died.

3rd character: 10th room (first monster encounter after failing a variety of Social, Challenge, Weird, and Drain effects) Void Stalker, died.

But at least the 3rd one was fun. I like having a goal (escape) to work towards.

one question: Braineater has no damage die, so you gain no XP for fighting one; was this intentional?

Itch.io tells me I bought this 199 days ago. Finally got around to trying it out today. I've leveled up twice and gotten through two dozen or so chambers. Having a blast. Amazing what you did with two pages of rules. Had to make a couple of assumptions, but one expects that with rules lite games.
