Thanks for the feedback! I was planning to add some power ups and obstacles, but I wasn't able to develop them in time. I debated of making the keyboard control as well, but I think the wheel UI works kinda nice for a browser game.

Yess I had some other mechanics planned but wasn't able to develop them in time ;-;

Thanks so much! Oops yeah I forgot to change the collider for the island XD I was testing with a different set of islands while developing haha

Super cool visual and music! I think the UI for the needle skill could be improved, like maybe putting just a single icon on top of the character?

Nice game, would love to see it completed with more mechanics. Maybe something similar to Undertale's minigame?

Love this game so much! The monkey is really cute. I like the details with the guy on the bottom right watching the monkey. I think I cheesed one of the levels though XD

This is so fun! The last level took a couple tries though when I realized the direction is totally random XD I think it would be nice to show the current direction + the next direction (maybe make it faded?)

Some tips:

- Some monsters appear in certain patterns! There is one that's always in the corner of the grid. There is one that is always surrounded by 5 purple slimes.

- Walls are breakable and can help you level up.

- Once you defeat the L11 monster and get the scroll, you can defeat the L100 monsters!

Took a while but I finally got 303 yay! 🥰

thank you! :D

Thanks for playing! :D

Thanks! :D

Thanks for playing :D

Thanks :D Yeah we intentionally designed it like that XD

Thanks for the feedback :D I'm a programmer, so I'm not super aware of the AI art controversies. My thought process is it's ok to use AI art in this game since the game is non-commercial. I'm interested to hear your opinions or other artists. Genuinely curious, not looking for a debate, just want to learn and do better! Feel free to add me on discord or ping @meeu on the jam discord :D

Such a cute game! Especially the owl 😭

Very interesting gameplay, and so original! I don't think I've seen it in any other games before. And I certainly did not expect to play a rhythm game in this jam XD The art is soo cute, I love it!

Thanks! :D

Thanks for the kind comment! :D I tried to balance the lights generation so the game can be finished in under 10 minutes haha XD

Thanks :D Props to Amily for the art and music!

Thank you! :D We were going to add upgrades and more creatures, but eventually chose not to since we wanted to make a short game for the jam XD

Fun vampire survivor-like shooter game. The card description is a bit too hard to read. Also there are too many light books on the ground after a while XD I think this has a good potential for full release if you improve the mechanics and also add more enemy varieties!

Very cool concept! I would love to be able to undo my turn instead of restarting the whole level.

Wow the art and UI looks really nice! And this took only 8 hours?!

Good job on the game! The game is hard, I died 80 seconds before finish :')

Thanks! :D Yeah we wanted to make something simple since this is our first mini jam XD

Thanks! :D I enjoyed seeing Amily (our artist) messing with Scenario. Neat tool!

Others already said it, the game feels good! The game over screen feels super satisfying to me!

Thank you! Amily used Scenario for the art :D

Thank you! Yeah I get a lot of feedback regarding the game not updating when it's not in focus. I just fixed it :D Also I replied to your submission. Good job on the game!

The slowmo effect when you reload is so cool!

This is such a cute concept! I love how it gets harder too as time goes on. My highest score is 21 XD

Thank you! :D

Hey! I fixed the mouse, it should work now :)

Hi! Sorry there is a bug with using mouse click :( You'll have to use A/D to move left/right and Enter to select :)
