This is a very cool game demo! Its very simple, but the art is all well done, and the pun of the player being a "Cleaner" (janitor/hitman) is always nice to see. Good job!

I have had a couple of game jam projects in the past, some with friends from college, and some with friends online, but this is the first project I've made that was finished and coded entirely by me! I know its very rough around the edges, but in the spirit of the Silly Jam i did commit to uploading whatever i was able to learn with my limited experience! If you could check it out I would appreciate it a ton!

I plan to revise it once the jam is done and judged so that I can make the game bigger and more fun. If you have any ideas please let me know! 

Things I'm planning to add:
-Coding in directional Animations (already made them, but couldnt figure out directionality in gamemaker)
-Smoother Split Screen camera that combines into one shared camera when you're close to each other
-Kiss button to kiss each other (or creatures)
-Creatures! (specifically our pets, an  Axolotl and a Gecko)
-Scream button to yell for fun
-Puzzles with pushing blocks, buttons that spawn bridges or open doors, etc
-Pause menu with settings options
-Title Screen
-Credits page and Ending sequence once you win the game.
-possibly more levels!

This is all I have planned for now, but As i build this as my first real solo project, I'm taking any feedback to heart!
