There's also another game - came out Sega Saturn-era called Three Dirty Dwarves thats similar to, and likely inspired by, The Lost Vikings. I got the names messed up when I was typing. Meant The Lost Vikings though. But yeah, Three Dirty Dwarves was pretty acid-trippy weird (typical of its era of gaming tbh) that you could prolly easily emulate.

DevLogs are always nice, lets us know you're DEFINITELY still working on the game as opposed to possibly have dropped it (or that you've temporarily dropped it due to life and thus we shouldn't be overly anticipating anything major any time soon. Real life happens, but it's always good to communicate with your fan base.)
I mean, dev DID say "very early build." Maybe you're the first person to voice that it's a serious problem. The originator of this game is the dev's other game, which is less an action-RPG and more a dungeon keeper-style thing so maybe everything transferred over 1-to-1 didn't work out the way it was intended?
Honestly, I love this game, even without the erotica in it it's a very interesting concept gameplay-wise that I've never seen in this specific dynamic before (usually it's top-down, and I really how it feels used as a platformer.) I've yet to sub to any kind of game but in this instance I'm severely tempted just to encourage you to continue on with this project. Definitely a game I hold in high regard. Keep on keeping on! Excited to see where this project goes overall!
Thanks for the heads-up, I've been waiting on any possible updates. Honestly, have they fixed the glitches surround the church investigation yet? The second time? If so, I might have to support the dev, also how much progress has been made since the 0.6.1 release? Not number (0.8.2 doesn't say nearly as much as "buncha side content, main story progressed a bit, etc.) Because honestly I like the premise of this and it's done well enough that I wouldn't mind supporting the dev if they're making decent headway.
