Also, to anyone confused about the Ms. Blaze one, you have to pick up the flamethrower in the last room. I was stuck on this for a long time until I checked the settings and saw that there was a separate button to pick things up versus interacting (E by default).

I think if you go back one room and ride the cart all the way down then you progress.

Really fun game, but I feel like I'm stuck. I don't want to spoil anything, but it's the area three screens to the right of the trapped centaur girl after the village, where there are 4 fountains with levers that I assume connect to the wall blocking the path forward. There was a piece of advice an NPC gave me to return to the village, though I'm not able to find anything when I do so. There is a guy saying to find people that went in the forest, is that something I have to do? If so, is that somewhere before the cave, or is it in the forest after the wall blocking my way forward?

I've seen gameplay and screenshots of a version that seems to have a lot more features than the demo I've downloaded from this site. Is there a full version somewhere with more features? Do you get access to it if you buy from this site, or do you need to pay/download somewhere else? I'm new to itch.io so don't really know how its download features work, but the only files I see available when I go to download is the demo/trial.

Is it not  in the free download you get from this site?  If so, does paying on this site get a full version of sorts, or is that only available on another site?

I saw in some videos that led me to this game that the player can get pregnant. How is that done? I've gotten my character defeated and creampied multiple times. Is it just random, or do you need a perk/item for it?
