Agh my brain is seriously not shutting up right now haha... Just thought of a story version where you're a soul possessing the scarecrow, and when your job is done you shoot up and fly to a new farm... You could have a lot of variation on plant/critter species mix and weather variables, with staged difficulty, and possibly some upgrades between "lives", with some ultimate story about... hmm either some spirit that hears the plight of various farmers or some "minor deity" of scarecrows, or the soul of someone (farmer or landowner maybe) who needs to pay back some kind of soul debt/learn a lesson or can't move on. Ok that's me done!

This was super cute! It cycled back to January so I presume it just keeps going? It would be nice to have some kind of end screen with a score. And man the stress of a bunch of evil capybaras just raiding everything XD If it were to ever be revisited and get more features, maybe windy (spread plants)/rain (spread or strengthen plants but more creatures)/drought (weaken plants) events could be added, plants with different HP and/or preferential eating triggers, weeds maaaybe (could introduce a dynamic where you can leave a creature be for a bit if it's eating them), different types of scream (maybe a faster but weaker one, or one that is slow but necessary for x creature or very strong, or one that attracts good creatures). I'm not sure if unsolicited ideas are welcome or not on this site, it's an old game in any case, best of luck with future endeavours!

The characters are so cool, love the style! Like how you slowly develop that way of thinking to be quick, "hmm look out for something strange or monstrous". Staying on your feet like that while seeing the odd repetition over time makes it feel a little "Warioware" if that makes sense. This game also begs a LOT of lore questions about this world/bar, you just want to replay to see what crazy stuff there is next.

Pretty neat little game! I didn't get all the upgrades because the end turned really slow for money and there seemed to be some invincible blocks that kept killing me on stage 3 of one of the loops, if there were something definitive that would be nice to cap it off. You start needing strategy and then you become so ridiculously OP you can spam click or leave your minions to it!

This game is practically begging for a sequel haha. Took me a bit over an hour, last bit of the grind was, well, a slight touch grind-y, but overall a nice little piece! Monster art is very well done.

This is cool! My first score was 29. I think knowing Toki Pona helped weirdly. Will try make it to 40. The music is really nice too!
