Really glad to see this back! The standard track option doesn't show up. Standard (2) does though. And I've noticed the tracks also aren't moving

You can change that in the xml for the barn you want to edit. 

I'd recommend getting the mod that increases animal pen limit. It's under the gameplay category on Giants Modhub

I haven't been active in the FS community for several months nor had any motivation to play FS/work on any projects.   I've also worked 2 jobs this spring and likely won't have much time until winter to start anything new or update anything.  I simply don't have the time to work on anything for the next couple months
