Can you do placeable utility poles like fa22 had

Yup. I have 700mods in this folder i tryed changing the version from 96 all the way too 107 and its not showing up in the downloaded mods section in game at all. The lights wont either.  Along with tristates new shed with yard they released xmas time.  I havent changed anything 

its not even showing up in the enabled mods screen before game load
