i cant get steam to recognize the game and everytime i extract it to a file or drag and drop it to desktop the game quits working wont start and says error idk what else to do to try and get this game to work

how are you guys able to play? the game is not responding at all for me

i downloaded the game but it will not respond everytime i open it i get a text that says it couldnt start i even added it to steam and it still wont work. is there anything else i can do? ive been dying to try this out for months now lol
