I have no idea - it is sitting 'In Review' with Google with 'longer than usual wait times'. Has been there for a couple of days. That having been said, the Android version is currently available - there is a link to download the APK here on itch.io. You'll just need to say okay to a bunch of 'allow apps from unknown sources' prompts.

Just added your suggestion in the latest version. Also added some text to the dropdown to show how many of each you own at a glance.
