Viability- The shooting mechanic is neat, I think its cool picking up souls to shoot them. I feel like the jump is a bit under powered, it gets a little frustrating getting caught up on all the platforms (specifically the spinning ones). Is there an ending? I got to the last platform after the the spinning platforms and there didn't seem to be anywhere else to go.

Presentation- The font choices are strong and fit the aesthetic. Character design also works well. The platforms are a bit hard to read. I think a spookier background would be nice.

Theme- is pretty neat, I like jumping around a graveyard grabbing souls and shooting them.

Engagement- The aesthetic and story had me engaged, but the platforming was a bit too difficult for me to keep trying to get further.

Viability- A simple enough platformer. There were some bits where I was trapped near some thorns and unable to jump. A restart button would have been nice, I had to refresh the page to start over after failures.

Presentation- Really the most impressive bit in my opinion. The aesthetic is lovely, the play with light and shadow is very striking. Anthropomorphic animal designs are solid and effective. Parallax scrolling works well. Would have liked a walking animation but am impressed nonetheless.

Theme- Nice and light, the forest is dark and spooky, the house is cozy.

Engagement- The game is short and sweet. Good job!

The white dots make it a bit difficult to read the text. I like the angle of a villainous tamagotchi, it's pretty funny. Good use of text effects. I think the images might be a bit too big, they end up falling off the screen a bit.

impressed with how much writing there is. Would benefit from some art.

Very good presentation, all the colors and fonts are harmonious. Well written too. I like a lot of the little details, like how you don't know people until they introduce themselves, and then the passages will be updated to show their names. I would have liked a play again option to see how the story might go differently.

Wow this is ambitious. It's too bad the puzzle with the red button is glitched, but the work around is appreciated. The key pad puzzle and the password you have to type in was unexpected and quite neat! I also like the really slow elevator ride down, gives a good amount of tension. Art was clean and meshed well with the descriptions of each passage. Good job!

Art and background color match nicely, gives everything a sketchbook vibe (in a good way).  I like how the background color shifts to match the emotions of each passage. I was surprised by how many different endings there are ( my favorite was the ending with the cat). Good game!

Hah I got the bad end. A play again option would be welcome so I could try some other options. Art is spooky so that's good. Sanity health bar also good, gives you a ticking clock type thing. It's an effective little game!

I wanna mention, there are four endings:  Bad, Mediocre, Good, and True.

Also I recommend Fullscreen on computer for best viewing experience

I made it work on mobile!

Neat little puzzle game, well written. One small criticism I have is there isn't much of a setup at the start. I didn't really know what the goal was until partway through the game. The art is nice, and it makes me nostalgic for other puzzle games that utilize that sort of "abstracted photo" look.

Perfect sort of puzzle game. Love the ticking clock and the simple yet relatable premise. Art is very charming.

Updated with Art and more writing!

I love a good 'escape the room' game. Looks promising so far.

Oo I like these ideas.

I have an idea for some character portraits, but I think I'll be spending the majority of the time writing out the narrative.

neat stuff, good atmosphere.

The goals for this game is to tell a silly cyberpunk noir story

Your responses effect your hidden stats (how well you pass as human, how hard-boiled you are, how obviously robotic you are).

eventually these stats will have an effect on what actions you can take, and how people react to you (there's currently one instance of this functionality at the moment, but there will be more as I write more story).
