Precisely, very good summary of the game :) I allready finished the logic for the global logistics but it's not implemented yet. Currently I can't work on the project so the update (the third tier) will take a few months

Thank you for the detailed report. I think I know were the issue is but couldnt reproduce it in the same way.

Edit: I hope I could fix it with the 0.11.1, at least now It works on my machin :)
