Lifelines

  • 50:50 (Easy Tier) - Eliminates 2 random wrong answers.

  • Ask-The-Audience (Easy Tier) - The player may ask the audience. If there is a real audience, they vote, else algorithm will do the task instead.

  • Phone-A-Friend (Easy Tier) - The player may phone someone, and can ask them about the question. They get 30 seconds for it.

  • Double Dip ((Easy) Mid-Tier) - The player for one question is able to answer another time in case of a primary wrong answer. Which you need to keep in mind:

    • Player who activated Double Dip are not allowed to use any other lifelines during Double Dip
    • The player cannot walk away on Double Dip, they must answer twice
    • If player answers correctly for the first time, does not get their Double Dip back as it would consider being already used from that point
  • Ask-The-Host (Hard Tier) The player may ask the host about the question. In this case the host with absolutely no external sources available must share their knowledge honestly with the player about the current question. They may discuss it for long or keep it short. (this only applies to cases when the host is a real person)

  • Switch-The-Question (Hard Tier) If player finds current question too difficult, they may switch the current question. In this case computer reveals the correct answer, then randomly chooses a question from the same level. After that, the timer (if playing Clock mode) resets to its maximum, and will restart after revealing the four new answers.

  • Miscellaneous

    • Skipping question (Q14/Q15 and Q19, only in Clock formats) - Before earlier mentioned questions occur, the player gets the chance to choose from the following ones:
      • Skips upcoming question, and advances to the next one. In this case, the can’t walk away from the following question, having to answer it.
      • Staying and playing the upcoming question. In this case, current questions’ timer is removed.
    • Revive (Q16/Q17, applies on to 20 question formats) - The player, if answered the previous question correctly, without using any lifelines, in that case they may either revive an already used lifeline, or amplify a still-not-used lifeline!
    • Revivable lifelines: all lifelines (50:50, Ask-The-Audience, Phone-A-Friend, Double Dip, Ask-The-Host, Switch-The-Question)
    • Amplifiable segítségek: 50:50 (will become 75:25, leaving only the correct answer), Double Dip (will emerge into a Treble Dip)
