Hahaa I recognise the amount of things you want in a game. We had the same issue in our game. As a composer it was hard to see (or hear) no music in your own created game. But we'll implement it after the review moment is finished. For the amount of time you had, you did a fine job!

Ah then see this as a compliment, I saw it as art from a professional marketplace and it was good. So good job then!

Cool little game. The collisions need some more work (as said earlier by others), but don't let that discourage you, you made some good work. Maybe try to create the art yourself, with a free program. You'd be surprised how cool you can make some 16x16 art with your own hands :)

It's sad that the game is too laggy (as some have suggested). If the game runs fine, it would be a lot of fun, I can see that. The music is cool. Give it some more time in the engine, that would make it even better!

I liked the way you used 'waves' in this context. Actual waves that covered the beach. Well done!

This game vibes. It has the same feeling as pong, but a mix with tetris. Cool graphics as well! It would fit well with some lo-fi music.  Overall one of the most visually impressive games I've played this jam.

Sometimes, games have to just be... simple. I like the simpleness of this game! The protacatonist has everything he needs.  Towers and himself. Oh and monies.

These sails feel like they work how they should work. Good implementation! Since I've worked on another pirate game, I can see  where we went different paths. You really nailed it!

Simple, fun game. It felt difficult to really anticipate when the coconuts would fall. I had a few of them fall on me, before I could even react. And sometimes, the golden ones fell together with the green ones. But other than that, nice game. I like the style, the aesthetics and vibes. Well done!

Like DeveloperSqaishy said, this was a good good attempt for a solo jam. Some tips: Give the game some more time in the oven, give yourself some time to learn about the mechanics of the engine. Try something with AseSprite for cool pixel art. Don't rush anything and keep enjoying what you do (now that the deadline is over, you don't have to be fast anymore :) ).

Fun game! I enjoyed looking at it, from a graphical standpoint. This game could use some background jazz themed music if you'd ask me. I don't know if it's me, but for my whole run, the stress-bar was empty. And I didn't get enough invoices to pay my bills. Don't know if it's because I bought too many upgrades or if I slacked off too much, but I enjoyed the game!

I enjoyed the game. The wave system is well implemented. I guess it's just not for me to click on the enemies multiple times, but the progression system worked out well. Good job!

This is just Vampire Survivers, but with garbage xd. Nevertheless, not bad! I like it.

Heyo!

This game has great potential. I like the idea! I do think the difficulty curve at the start is a little too steep though. I want to keep playing an trying so that is a good sign.

BTW, If you ever want to make the project bigger and better, don't hesitate to dm me, I'd love to provide you with some music :)

Hiya there!

I'm a music composer looking for a team. I have a lot of time off next month. I'd like to be in  the progress of making a videogame, while working with more people (in a team).  Because I like to learn, I'm obviously doing it for free.

I'm mostly working on RPG-kinda music, but visual novels (think Ace Attorney) are right up my alley as well. If you would like to hear some of my work, look for my newly released music pack. I'm open for anything if that means I could help elevate your (our)  game!
