I was indeed thinking of adding more stuff. I fully agree with music, a resource system and particles :) And as for the flowers, the level dictionary already has a flowers key but I unfortunately ran out of time :D 

The gameplay is great!
I found the graphics a bit inconsistent. Some fonts were quite small, the merge animation was a bit confusing at first? Also there was a lot of information on the screen, maybe I just prefer a simpler UI :) 

Plus one to the previous comment! The look is basically like a professional game, amazing! I selected easy and then could not proceed any further.

Maybe it would have been a more straightforward experience if the UI elements had been introduced gradually. At the moment I was confused as to what is interactable, what is purely cosmetic, etc.

I was a bit confused as to what to do about the top enemy. Also, I was curious how the game would feel if the speed of the animations was doubled (tripled?), it might help it feel a bit more snappy.
