Thanks for giving it a try and for the feedback! The energy bar (yellow) was supposed to indicate who went next, but we realized later that most of them are set to the same speed, so it's hard to predict. Something we'll definitely fix.

We set out with the aim of making it difficult, but lacked time to properly balance it, so I doubt anyone will make it through without having exceptional luck. I think the furthest anyone has gotten is 5 battles, and that's after a few playthroughs.

Very nice little platformer, but combat is nearly impossible, to the point where just avoiding enemies became my strategy. I understand that it was made to match the theme, but combat just wasn't enjoyable for me. I also had a devil of a time finding out how to actually use abilities - for anyone else having a hard time, you press shift to see: attacks are numpad 1+2 and potions are 4+5. Including a description of attacks and controls would be good.

Very atmospheric! The dialogue tone was a little immersion-breaking for me with the visuals and music. Bonuses don't seem to do much (taking 10 damage from an enemy after several Gift of Health seemed to reduce HP by about the same amount, so not sure how much those modifiers do). There's also some dialogue about "Gift Eloy" at reward screen, but who's that?

Very good with skip button, as dialogue becomes somewhat repetitive after the second play-through. Would have been nice with a bit of variety or possible rewards for moving around the map (apart from XP).

Played through a good 10+'ish times and could never take 1 hit from the Goblin King without dying, so lots of replayability, but it does become repetitive.
All in all a really cool little experience, and very cohesive for such a short time period!

Very interesting concept! Aiming seems off though - would have expected arch out from the middle of the slingshot, but it curves left.  As is, it's a bit impossible to predict where the shot will land. Ammo is also a bit too limited - I ended up with 3-4 stones, as the rest rolled through the floor or under assets and were impossible to find again.

Definitely a cool concept, and it's a very pretty game. Enjoyed the first person perspective!
