Thanks for the feedback, DeadPlant. I will definitely try and clean up the invincibility frames in future updates. For the constraint of being stuck in a loop, I was trying to give the impression of being stuck in a corrupted loop, caused by the Corruptocloud. I will try and expand on this idea through those updates though and make this a bit more in line with the constraint (like slightly hindering your progress while you are under the loop).

For being stuck in a loop, the story takes on such a powerful tone which becomes an immediate highlight for me  - I really like how the story progresses with gradual realization for the player in terms of what was happening as the loops went on.

However, the movement feels incredibly slow across the game, and I would've liked to have seen more NPC characters to speak to (especially those people walking down the street, and further dialogue for the old man as the loops continue). One other small thing I would've done is add a small icon above the player's head (or the corner of the screen) indicating that the object/NPC is interactable when you are in their range. I find myself going underneath a lot of the buildings, and some of the level design does feel enlarged compared to others (houses and the ground) but the pixel art done here is very good in terms of graphical style.

Overall, I did like this playing this short game, especially when it comes to the story. If you are planning to expand on this game, I think it will definitely be a great one.

Firstly, this actually feels like a SNES game - the graphics are absolutely spot on! Plus, the music is fantastic and fits perfectly with the spooky atmosphere. However, I think some sound effects should have been added (especially with the gun firing), and some further indication so you know when the enemies are taking damage from the bullets. Plus, I couldn't find myself doing much except going through the timeline, fighting the boss and repeating. The music intensifying was a good touch, but I think the difficulty could maybe be ramped up slightly for every loop. I understand your game isn't completely finished but this definitely looks to be a great SNES game once it's fully finished! Keep it up mooon.bit!

Hi karnagegames! Thanks so much for the feedback - I'm glad the SNES-style graphics turned out well for you! I'll definitely take your suggestions about the replayability and adding a boss health bar into account as I continue expanding the game.

Thanks for the feedback, Guac GameDev LLC! The mouse can be used to hover over and click on the text buttons such as start on the title screen and continue/quit on the game over screen. I'll make this clearer on the game page, and in the game itself through future updates. Thanks for pointing that out!

Hi Motoluigi! Right now, you can launch fire with E, and I'll be expanding the combat and building on this demo, while adding unlockable elements in future updates. Thank you for the feedback!
