Omg thank you so much! 馃槶

(1 edit)

Hi! I'm just starting to play this game. I'm really digging the vibes so far (at least in my session 0). But I do have some questions though.

1. In the "Actions" section, can you clarify what this rule means? "Spend AP before rolling to add +1 per AP." When it says "add +1 per AP", may I know what we're rolling to add?

2. Should we explore an area first before foraging, or can we forage immediately? Similarly, should we visit an NPC first to accept a request from them, or can we immediately start doing a request without meeting them first?

Sorry for all the questions! 馃槶

Ahh okay. Thanks a lot! And once more, I cannot stress enough how much I love this game! 馃槶 So far I'm getting very invested.

Me too!! Also I've already started the game and have just finished my first moment. But I'm a little bit stuck. The rules state that you're allowed to use two actions if more than one fit how things turned out. In my case, my MC's action is Vulnerable, and my Neighbor's fits both Vulnerable and Distant. Should I shift the personality stats from both actions if the way they responded fits both of them, or should I still pick only one? Sorry if it's confusing. I'm genuinely enjoying this game.

This was my first solo rpg and I gotta say... I am having way too much fun with it. My character (my enby loser "Avery of Mann") grew to be an absolute lazyass who kept attracting competent NPCs to do their work for them (as in I kept pulling court cards as approaches 馃槶). They couldn't haggle or solve puzzles properly!! Their latest quest was to break a crime lord out of prison, for crying out loud! A young magician even killed a freaking Minotaur for them! Violently!! 100/10 first experience, would 100% play again.

Hi! I loved "Our Life: Beginnings and Always" so much and was really sad that there aren't many games like it. I'm also currently in the mood for solo rpgs recently (having never played any TTRPG before), so finding THIS gem was a literally blessing! I haven't officially started yet, but I'm loving what I'm seeing in the rulebook. Thank you so much for making this game a reality!

Addendum: I'm wondering if you'll ever make another one based on the upcoming "Our Life: Now and Forever" game someday. Will it be possible once it's officially released?
