BRO IS THIS GAME ORGOING OR NO? THERE HAVEN'T BEEN UPDATES FOR SOOOOOOOOOOO LONG

SO i lost my progress changing account on my pc; I completed aìeverything possible from previous update and I was on a good 20point with the lady on the last update... is there a way to get back to the same point without grainding again like crazy from 0?
