We are going to keep working and improving these QoL and management aspects with time and feedback like this. The next release (in early access in patreon, soon to be published here) has a bunch of improvements already, but I'll take note of these too and try to implement them soon.
As for scope creep, I am hopeful it won't happen, since all the core mechanics are pretty much in place, and we just want to work on and improve them as much as possible rather than adding new features too often.

Yeah as mentioned by Lucks some locations for now are only accesible through direct navigation , we are trying to figure a proper, "elegant* solution since there are a lot of locations.
Also yes, there will be significant variety in the transformations, but each character will be unique in their corruption
Also, yes, I really need to rewrite some of the scenes. It didn't help that we changed the writing format (from VN-style to text-adventure), so we spent a lot of time just re-editing the format instead of rewriting some of the text.
Most quest characters don't have events when assigned to classes, but it's weird they aren't even showing up. I need to figure out why that happens (I had the opposite problem, where they would randomly roam into classrooms they weren't assigned to lol). In any case, that probably has to do with the pathing system, which will probably be fixed by the next update.
In any case thank you for your feedback and I am glad you are liking what we have so far! I really hope we can make this into a fun game / sandbox!
