Thank you so much! I'm considering expanding the game but I'm not decided yet, we'll see what happens. I like the idea of having separate colours because it adds to the visual spectacle, maybe You can place satellites for different companies in the same system or something.

It doesn't behave that way for me. The rocket will slow down eventually, though if your velocity is super high it could be pretty futile. It just takes time to cancel out your current momentum with reverse thrust. Boosting in the opposite direction should not immediately amortize the velocity because the rockets thrust is often not powerful enough to immediately do so. If you were dropped off the back off a truck at highway speeds on a bicycle facing backwards to your direction of travel and started peddling it would take some time before you were able to slow down and eventually start moving in the direction of your facing.
Glad you enjoyed it. You can change the resolution of the game in the settings.json file though it will probably make things looks a bit off because it was implemented last minute in a hacky kind of way. Achieving resolution settings in pygame is non trivial AFAIK but I would like to have a system like that if I participate in another jam.
This is really cool. I really enjoyed the typing mechanic and the associated sounds. If I had one criticism it's that I think the game is too long for what it is. I found myself frustrated at Mike for taking so long to get fed up when it was clear from the beginning where the game was headed. A great game, great work thank you for the experience.
I thought this was a good idea for a game. I wish that the physics worked a bit differently though. It seems like your mama loses all of her momentum the second you let go of whatever you're swinging off of. This leads to a frustrating experience. Maybe you were going for some kind of rage game? I like the art and the quirky music.
