Don't know if it's been mentioned but there's a bug when talking to the guy with the sombrero for what looks like the first time. When trying to leave the conversation with him it will keep repeating dialogue and you'll keep buying the tapas from him instead of declining his stuff.
On Thursdays during the Josef Stays route, you select watch a porn at 5 hearts with Anna (don't remember if needs slut route or not) during which you can select "hey, anna can i get a bj" or something along those lines.
During the shrine fights, i'm not sure if it's a bug with the golden sword specifically, or just the fights themselves, but i wasn't able to click after getting hit once in a red portal
