Hi! First of all, thank you for your comment. I agree with you that upgrades seem to get really expensive (point-wise) after a certain point, but I made sure after running a lot of simulations that the cost is actually lower than what you gain from them in terms of how much sense the text makes. That's why I also thought about including evolution of species, even if it's just a skin, because I think it makes more sense when you're making a monkey more and more intelligent, it's not just pure chance anymore. The intelligence only drops happen when a child takes over: it can be not that brilliant at the beginning —it happens, I was much dumber than my parents when I was born 😂— but they should quickly recover what they lost: in my simulations, apart from the Australopithecus, all the evolutions took the same time. Still, I appreciate the feedback: I'm considering easing the learning curve even if it means reaching the end much faster, or adding more levels between 1 and 100; it's just that some part of me also likes the contemplative side of just watching what it has been writing without rushing.
