After finishing this game and getting the true ending, I can honestly say I am speechless. This has been one of the most unnerving and unsettling yet strangely charming experiences I have ever played.
Everything from the inconsistent time periods to the music that sounds almost like it is decaying as you are listening to it gives off this feeling of unease and lostness.
This game doesn't explain much if anything about itself. You are thrown into the deep end at the very start without a clue of what's going on and let loose to roam free and 'explore'. And after hours, when you are at the deepest point, when you are the most confused and desperate for answers, that is when it pulls the curtains in a really cryptic fashion.
Honestly I do not yet understand the full picture of what this game is all about, all I know is that I walked away from this project with a renewed passion and a lot deeper appreciation for the horror genre as a whole. I think it's safe to say I won't be forgetting this experience any time soon.(By the way, I cannot be the only one that thought of Evangelion with the whole glowing cross in the sky event)
