YO thanks for replying I dint think you'd ever reply I'm sorry if I couldn't reply sooner. I had a few projects to work on and school was a mess. BUT THANK YOU FOR REPLYING :>

I should have known you did something like creative writing cuz you really know to capture what you're feeling in precise detail.

My first introduction to your works was 4 am. I was trying to find a game called "2:22 AM" but I did a typo and typed 4 AM and your book popped up it intrigued me, so I clicked.

And it was some of the best writing that I've seen, the way you conveyed your loneliness through moths and how you conveyed how you'll never change who you are. But still acknowledge that and want to grow, experience and love. which is said through the lines of

"l scavenge these little nothings, though I still get to be selfish and I still get to be a coward..." IT HITS

To answer your response of if I had any irl chance I don't. however, I would love to join some discord communities, and speaking of discord would you mind if I asked for your discord to get the chance to join these communities or you could just send them here Aswell if you don't want to share your discord.

My response to "consistency is also key. creativity is a muscle, so try to work it out..." I've never really had to work out my creativity as I felt like I've always had an abundance of ideas whenever I want to work on a project. primarily cuz my country and my environment as a whole promotes children to be logical and I rebel against that. I choose to use art to showcase who I am. BUT I'll take up that advice about keeping a small notebook.

Thanks a lot for the for the general advice it means a lot Aswell as the books. And some of my favorites not particularly for writing but inspiration wise would be 'Heaven' by 'Mieko Kawakami', 'no longer human' by 'Osamu Dazi' and 'village by the sea' by 'Anita Desai'

And I would also like to ask for permission to make this small video essay on 4 AM for YouTube.

KEEP DOING WHAT YO DO GANG THIS IS MAD PEAK ILL SUPPROT YOU ALL THE WAY THROUGH.

and since you ended off with a quote of yours, I'll give mine.

art is meant to comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable

decent mechanics, i like the gamplay ( saber is the way to go ) the theme fits well with debuff effects overall great attempt ( if you could also play our game i would appreciate it )

I'm sorry but the game is unplayable, i don't know what to do and the controls Arnt separated from the page so the page moves  as well which is annoying and i glitch through the building and other objects in it there's no music and theme has no correlation to anything expect a barn which ig holds pigs but it can other animals too, and i don't see how the theme of cost is emphasized . the visuals where the only things that's redeemable about game props on that overall. it really is if a pig pooped out a game ( that was a bit rude what I'm trying to say is you have potential so be inspired by others in this jam like our game beyond the fence and i think it can inspire you) good luck

Great game. the gameplay is fully fleshed out and a bit tedious i could see this being very addictive I found the gameplay heavily being dependent of balance. the visuals resemble a game i used to play called "tribes" ( i love pixel art) the theme is spot on and the Sfx and audio really spike up the ambience overall for a game made in 2 weeks this is a certified hood classic

a solid gameplay loop however, it was very slow and I wish the characters had more life by animation or dialogue. And speaking of dialogue I think it would be better if you had added instructions or a tutorial inside the game. When i first played i was wondering up and down the building trying to see what i could do and when i did reach the workstation my energy bar was drained. on top of that the time taken to grab the paper and go to the write and print it decreased my energy bar to the point i could not make it back up by working. ig that is the gameplay loop (skill issue on me ) the music was great it really fit the theme of mediocre cubical atmosphere. visuals where basic enough to the point i like it could have added some animations to spice it up. overall, its  a nice experience. check out our game too if you can :>

Art was really nice, music was decent, gameplay was a bit dull after some time but was fun while i was playing it. I kept getting the blue eggs I dint really know it makes you lose money so that was cool and i loved the rain bet ref( i like gambling ).

the movement was really janky i was trying to press "W' to go forward but ended up going backwards. The music was fine. the gameplay was however lackluster i don't understand the premise of the ghouls that wonder above you while i dig myself into a crater and can't hop out. umm other than that it was ok

BEST GAME OF ALL TIMEEE
