Hey, thank you for taking the time to explore the game. I see why it might be confusing. The disabled buttons on the menu are basically work in progress(we are missing those views). The way we thought it so far. Is that you could pick all floors. Or assign different guys to the different floors. That interaction is weird as well, as you need to unclick the selected person to be able to select the next one. I hope this clears up a little bit of the playability while we improve the menus and tutorial.
