Thanks! I'll check it out ✌🏼
Nice, I'll be looking forward for the arcade plugin hehe
Thank you so much for your quick and detailed reply!
What you said makes a lot of sense to me, I totally understand. As users, we'd all love for things to be simple and to just be able to “toggle” a feature on and off hahaha
Either way, the plugin looks wonderful.
I’ll definitely keep an eye on that other plugin you’re developing — no matter when you release it, there’s no rush.
Take care, and please keep making these plugins. As a user, I truly appreciate them a lot :)
Hello! Quick question: if I only use this for a single map in my traditional RPG — specifically for a retro arcade-style platformer minigame like the one you mention in your example — would the only plugin compatibility issues potentially happen on that specific map where your plugin is being used? Or could it also affect other maps where I’m not using it?
On another note: could the game’s overall performance be affected by using this plugin, or does it only “activate” on the maps where it’s enabled?
Thanks in advance for your answers!
Thank you very much for the quick reply! Oh, I see. Haha of course, the intensity thing seems risky if those effects can happen… XD
Alright, I’ll keep an eye out for that on/off update then, since it’s what I need most for my game right now. I’m subscribed to the plugin notifications on ITCH.io, so I plan to check in whenever there’s an update.
Cheers, and congratulations on the great plugin — I hadn’t seen anything like it until now ;)
Hi! I found your plugin really interesting!! I’d like to know if there’s a way for the player to enable/disable the screen shake. For example, via a switch (if it’s on, screen shakes play; if it’s off, they don’t).
Or even better, if there’s an option for the player to adjust the screen shake intensity in levels, like in many modern games (although I imagine that’s not very simple hahaha, but I’m asking just in case).
I’ll be waiting for your response — thanks in advance!! :D
Hello!
The plugin looks great. I’d like to know if it’s possible to display an icon assigned to the current button for each action dynamically. For example, if the default "Triangle" button on the controller (e.g., PS4) is assigned to "Cancel," but the player remaps "Cancel" to the "Square" button, the icon should update accordingly in places like the map, menu, or within a text.
Basically, I want menus and texts to display the current key/button after the player has made the change.
I hope my question makes sense—sorry if it sounds a bit confusing. Best regards!!
Hi! This looks great! Is there a possibility that the image of, for example, the heart graphic, could be a 3-frame animation? I'd like to give the bar a bit of life (so the heart beats or there’s a little sparkle).
I understand it may impact performance, but it's a trade-off I'm willing to accept since my game isn’t action-focused. Do you think it could be added as an option?
Thanks so much in advance for your response.
Looking forward to it! If it's possible, I'll buy it right away :D
