I mean, I'm not sure if it's really a bug or if I'm the one who doesn't know how to play, But it just won't let me equip skills, of any kind. Also, how are passive ones used?

And it won't let me upload screenshots for some reason, there's some way to upload it so you can see it? (anyway, the screenshot only shows what I already explained, the skills menu, the physical skills and how it is grayed out and does not let me equip it)

Yes, it gives me the skills but doesn't let me equip them, plus it's normal that I do so little damage despite improving my attack?

Hello, I'm new to this game and I'd like to learn how to play, I saw a comment below that asks the same thing as me, but they haven't answered it so I'd like to see if I do 

How are skills equipped? I tried to equip them and it wouldn't let me for some reason. And how did my damage improve? I raise my stats but the damage doesn't go up, and I've already tested the skill tree
