Really fun! I think I managed to win on my first try, but I'd like to ask for some rules clarifications.

Do you play cards one at a time, performing their instructions, until you beat Marisa's number? Or do you have to play a full set from your hand adding up to the required number (or more) all at once and then perform the instructions on all of them?

I assumed that you play them one at a time, and you first perform the card instructions (if any), and once you pass, you draw for passing, then discard all the cards in play.

Also, if you discard a Focus to a Graze while you have both an Amulet and a Needle in your discard pile, do you draw for Focus before or after you decide which one to get back?

I'm on day 42 with both goals met, I was a little apprehensive about the time limit but turns out I had nothing to worry about.

The game's a ton of fun, I love the occasional little events and the mental image of bands of kappa roaming Gensokyo in their cucumber-biodiesel-fuelled trucks, pillaging every bit of scrap they can get their hands on and occasionally delivering someone's laundry.

My one gripe is that I wish there was a faster way to activate a building for the day (maybe shift-click on it?), or perhaps set some buildings to be activated by default at the start of the day so that I don't need to go through the busywork of setting up the cucumbers and fuel that I will definitely need every day.

I adore the style, but I have to agree with the other comments on the hijacking mechanic - it feels very rough to grind through several encounters to build my SP up, then actually run into a Sleeper rather than a fairy or kedama, then carefully lower their HP a bit so the pattern is easier, and only then take a shot at the minigame (and if I mess up, it's back to square one).

Also, there's a bug where you can use the SP-based buffs even if you don't have enough SP.

Maybe there could be a "force an encounter" button to spare the player from having to walk back and forth?

I won! This is a silly game, but also a very fun one.

First.

I think I have an idea, but I've managed to get myself stuck inside the Mouse King and unable to transform into a snake to scare him off again. And then I misclicked on New Game. I'm not sure if I have it in me to replay everything from the start, sadly. (Maybe some sort of confirmation would be good there?)

Anyway, I've come to the conclusion that the wand the Mouse King has is nothing but a red herring and I think I know what the big ol' secret is, thanks!

Update: Replaying turned out to not be that much of a hassle, knowing what to do and in what order makes a huge difference.

Still not sure how to get the Golden Wand - I've been attempting the path of snakes and shields, but I can't get it to work. Adjusting for the difference in how the maze works doesn't seem to do anything, and neither does mirroring the directions, so I'm completely stumped.

Well, I've reached the final (I think?) area, though there are still things along the way I haven't solved - I have no clue how to obtain the golden wand, and while I unlocked the Moon Pool, I have no idea how I've done it. Any hints?

I think I got stuck. I got stuck on the shore in boat form and now I don't think I have a way of getting out of this position. Any advice?
