This is a fun theory, until you realis the fight sequences are the exact same on every playthrough, nothing changes, and the hero's progress is entirely scripted. I was so excited to play this game and it turned out to be a sad attempt at a conclusion you already know before you start with a method that undermines the entire point.
This was fun, until it wasn't.
I thought "Cool! i'll just spam one attack so he can't learn how any of the others work!" Which was good for two minutes, until i HAD to use another attack just to find out the hero could already judge and dodge it perfectly.
I understood exactly what the game was about before i had even downloaded it; once i knew how the game worked mechanically i saw no interest in wasting my time with it.
I would love to sit here running through predetermined dialog in a single linear story with a premade set amount of fight sequences using clunky controls that only frustrate me as i barrel towards the one ending that anyone after the two sentence description will understand. But i'm not going to waste my time on this "experience."
There isn't any choice here. This thing doesn't give you any choice. It's not an experience worth having. You lose the second you start playing,
