As I've been working on this update, I've been thinking about potentially making an Android version of the game. I want to know what the public would think of this.

An Android version would be fully open to the public. This means that anyone can download it. The reason I ask instead of just doing it, is because I don't really have experience with Android development, and it would not have all of the features as the computer version.

An Android version would have controls that may not be that great. It would, of course, have on screen controls. However, with input from the community, I could put in half decent bluetooth controller support, but I can only currently do so on certain controllers. I would need to know what controllers to have support for.

I also wouldn't be able to put in the ability to play with someone on a different device for a while. I also have no way to tell the minimum requirements for an Android version.

If you think that an Android version would be good, reply to this thread showing your support.

Here you will find some important information about various aspects of the game. This is subject to change as updates come out.

The controls can be found here - http://i.imgur.com/2b5GjEV.png

The current version has no AI implemented. This means that you have to play with 2 people. Player one will use the keyboard and mouse, or XBox 360 controller 2. Player two will always use the XBox 360 controller 1.

Due to the current way inputs are handled, the game will automatically close after about 2 minutes. Once a menu is implemented, the game will no longer close, but will return the menu.

Also to those that have access to the alpha, please don't share the game or decryption key. Remember that I'm just a high school student wanting to make a fun game. This alpha is just to refine the gameplay. Once it goes into beta, it will become open to all.

To use current updates, you must do the following:

Duplicate the folder "Offiine_Data"
Rename one folder to "Offiine_Slope_Data" and the other to "Offiine_Colliseum_Data"
Duplicate the file "Offiine.exe"
Rename one to "Offiine_Slope.exe" and the other to "Offiine_Colliseum.exe"
Open the latest update file and drag the folders so that you replace files
To play the stage that came with release, run "Offiine_Slope.exe"
To play the new stage, run "Offiine_Colliseum.exe"

You'll notice on top of the main page of the project, that there's a development version, along with a number, and an alpha version, also with a number. Within the development version, there's three different sections for the number - XXYYZZ. The XX portion represents some kind of new feature that I've put in. YY represents bug fixes. ZZ represents code optimization, or anything else that isn't large, or fixing a bug. You may also notice YY and ZZ randomly change to 00. This doesn't mean that anything has happened in terms of those two sections. Whenever XX changes, that will change YY and ZZ.

Now let's talk about the alpha release versions. These are in XXYY. XX means that there's a new feature, and YY means that I've fixed or optimized something.

At some point, I may do a bunch of bug fixes or optimization. When this happens, YY and ZZ can extend into three digits. This isn't likely to happen, but it may.
