How to trigger hot spring scene? I have the island but can't figure out how to get the invite.

How to trigger forest scene? Everytime I go forest masa is not there.

Is nanami X masa scene a bonus only? Or am I otherwise missing something?

Any plans to continue the story in anyway? Maybe a sequel? Would love to see how the story continues but understandable if this is it :)
