I’m glad the boss gave you a challenge! Some people had an easier time with it than others, so I guess it depends on how you spent your upgrades. I’m also happy you liked the characters, as that’s been something I’ve been trying to improve this year.

If theres one thing rhythm games have in common, it’s forgetting which buttons your fingers are on lol. Thanks for playing!

Another vote for audio cues! Before I settled on the Rhythm/Upgrader mash up, I thought about doing a Rhythm/Tycoon mash up where you owned a guitar shop and would battle customers or something. I couldn’t figure out how they would tie together and I had no idea how to make a tycoon, so I had to scrap it sadly. Thanks for playing though! I’m glad you liked it :D

Thank you so much! Audio cues are definitely something I need to experiment with, as some other people have mentioned the same thing.  Appreciate the feedback!

The way I handled the note objects probably wasn’t the best, so since the later songs had more notes maybe it just became harder to run? I’m already thinking of ways to improve, so thank you for letting me know. It’s a shame you were able to get through the boss in one go. Maybe I should have increased the price of the last couple upgrades? Regardless, thanks for playing! I’ll be sure to keep your feedback in mind for the future.

Keyboard controls are very different from controller so don’t feel bad if you didn’t do as well! Maybe I should add a controller mode…🤔 Thanks for playing!

Thank you for the feedback! Since I made this for a jam I tried to keep the skill level relatively low, but I would definitely love to add more challenge in any future updates/games!

Thanks for the feedback! As far as sound cues go, that was something I planned to add at one point, but especially with the amount of notes in later levels, I felt it would get very distracting from the music so I ended up not adding it. I suppose something I could do in the future would be changing the color of the hit particles depending on how accurately you hit it? That way you're still looking at the same area and can get visual feedback. Thanks for the idea, and thank you for playing!

Very fun! The 2D platformer to 3D fps concept is very creative and executed pretty well. Wonderful name too.

Super fun game! I enjoyed getting super crazy combos on the match 3 and just buying tons of knights lol. I wasn't good enough for hard mode though.

I super appreciate the feedback on each individual category. It really helps me see what specifically I did right, and what things I can improve upon. As for the UI, a visual indicator could absolutely improve the way battles flow.  I would have never considered that, but it just makes sense! I appreciate the suggestion! Thank you for playing until the end.

Thank you so much for playing! I appreciate the feedback. The menu management could 100% use some work, and I think your suggestion would definitely help!

One of my favorites so far! I especially love the limited color palette.

I loved all the unique minigames and getting my legend status from reaching 100 kicks too.

Wow! Congrats on being the first completionist! I wish I could’ve added more attack variation but I was already running out of time when I added the current system. I’m glad you recognized the shop keeper too! Thanks for playing!

Thank you! I’m glad you liked the style I ended up going for :)

And thank you for testing before I submitted! I super greatly appreciate it.

I love seeing the difference between people strategizing with their stats and people who just max out one specific stat lol. Thank you for rating!

Thank you for playing! I’m glad you liked it :D

Thank you! The dance was one of the first things I made (even though I had no plans to use it, I just thought it'd be funny) so I'm glad you liked it! I'm glad you liked the level design too. Hopefully I can make it a bit less precise in the future. Thanks for playing!

Thank you for the feedback! I've never heard of Braid, but I just checked it out and it looks really cool! Thanks for giving me another game to check out :D

Thank you for playing up to the final level! I'm glad the game hooked you for that long :D (sorry about the last level though, it's pretty tricky)

Thanks for playing! I love it when my games are speedrunnable, so I'm glad you found it so. Sorry about the later levels, I can see how some of them can be pretty confusing or difficult. (hopefully I can work on that in the future!) Glad you enjoyed the rest of the game though :D

I always love a Dev Pirates entry. Super fun stuff!

Super cool game and concept! It could be a little difficult at times, but it was really fun to learn the game more as I progressed. I also really enjoyed the puzzles too!

Sorry you had troubles with level 6. I tried making sure each level gradually got harder, but I can definitely see that some jump in difficulty a little more than others. Hopefully thats something I can learn from in my future games 🙏. I'm glad you enjoyed the other aspects of the game!

Thank you so much! The competition is fierce this year, so we'll have to see... 🫣

Thank you for playing! Sorry the end was giving you trouble. It definitely needs adjustment, but I'm glad you found the rest of it fun!

I agree. Coyote time was something I added much later than I should have, so I didn't have the time to fine-tune it and give it a larger window. Hopefully in the future I can fix this. I appreciate the suggestion and thank you for playing! :D

Super satisfying, polished, and visually appealing! Great game!

Really fun and creative game! Fits the theme really well.

Really fun! Unique idea too! I love how a seemingly inconsequential question like "up or down" can either lead to you fighting for your life against a biblically accurate angel, or instantly teleport you into hell to verse against demons. Hilarious stuff.

Thank you for giving it a try! I appreciate the feedback.

Thank you so much for playing and for your feedback! I've always liked games with an unlockable "hard mode", so maybe that's where the inspiration came from. I knew it would be cool to be able to play the game backwards from the end, but I wanted it to be harder than just "do the same thing you just did but in reverse", so I thought it would be cool to add an evil red zone of death to race them back to the start. Anyways, I'm glad you found it as fun as I did!

Thank you! I'm glad I was able to make something interesting.

Thanks for the feedback! The difficulty is something I felt needed more work as well, but I never got the time. I'm glad you were able to enjoy parts of it anyways!

Thanks for playing! I only had time to make "The Wave" on the last day of the jam, but even then I didn't have much free time. I ended up having to throw something together without being able to ensure it was super fair, so sorry about that. Thank you for giving it a chance, and I hope you enjoyed the rest of it!

Super duper fun! Had a blast getting as many achievements as possible, and trying to beat the rooms without taking damage was challenging but really fun. The quick time events reminded me of Wario Ware in a way (which is great, because i love wario ware). Lots of variety too. Great game!

This game definitely had some cookie clicker inspiration, so I'll keep that in mind! Thanks for playing!

Thank you! Yeah, unfortunately I didn't have the time to code the  ending so right now all there is to do is just max out everything. I'm glad you found that animation funny though! I wasn't gonna keep it at first but it made me laugh so I kept it in case other people would find it funny :D

100% agree! I was gonna add collectables/multipliers you could collect while in the air but I had so little time so I had to cut it. Maybe in the future I can add more. Glad you liked the rest of it tho :D

I saw other people sharing their vessels so I wanted to share mine:

I call it The Peacock :D

I decided to put an hour aside to play and rate games, but I accidentally caught myself playing yours for over an hour (84 minutes... whoops) It was super fun and addicting to play! Super customizable and unique too! Great work.
