Yes we will add checkpoints I agree the game sucks without them. We will probably do a much better mobile port in the future where we add a lot of stuff and fix things. We didn't have much time for this. Thanks for playing! Glad you liked the pixel art!

I'm glad you liked the diegetic UI we included! The original plan was for the player to be able to spray slick oil onto the level surfaces which would help them speed up, and the left hand was going to be used to shoot it out, with the meter on the back keeping track of how much you had. But this feature sadly got cut. The gauge for the slick meter ended up staying in the game though!

Maybe we need to add a crazy taxi style level? 🤔

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback! I'm glad you took notice of the viewmodel animations as I really wanted to sell the fact that you were a chunky steampunk robot and tried to show that in the animation. Our audio designer did an awesome job selling that as well.

We are glad you enjoyed that mechanic! We’re also hoping to see some speedruns in the future too!

We are glad you had fun playing our game!

We’re glad you enjoyed it! The team worked really hard to dial in that sense of speed and momentum.

Slick indeed. Thanks for playing!

Glad you liked it! Thank you for playing our game!

Many of us have expressed interest in continuing the project, potentially for a steam release, so that is likely! Thank you for playing our game!

We are so glad you liked it! Our music and audio designer did an incredible job!

This is actually based on what I did back in '99

Glad you liked it!

It's ok every floor is the same just randomized lol

Thanks! I will take another look

Yeah IDK why I said it wasn't on theme cause it definitely is since you have to keep track of past present and future all at once. I was writing a lot of reviews lol :P

Thanks!

Glad you liked it and yeah pressing 123456 constantly gets annoying lol

Tbh I forgot you could slide and forgot to add it to the tutorials list in the description :P Glad you had fun playing!

All good! Thanks for making the game!

I'm glad you enjoyed it!

The original plan was the have you get a random assortment of stims at the start of the level and then occasionally get them from enemies and pickups in the level, but we didn't have time for that. I'm glad you liked the game!

I agree we should have made the effects last longer and drop less often. We were planning on adding a bunch of screen effects so you could better tell when they were active but we didn't have enough time. We were going to add the ability for you trigger every effect "all at once" with Q but didn't get around to it. I'm glad you liked the game and animations! (first person animations were me)

I'm glad you liked it! I wish we would have had more time to polish things up and add a proper main menu.

This was way better than I was expecting, I was unironically having so much fun. I love the art the the voice lines were very funny. Please develop this into a full game with a real engine :D

It's definitely hard but I actually really liked it and played for longer than I expected to. The forced perspective can be frustrating but it also makes the game unique and forces you to think outside of the box on how to complete the level. I probably only beat a handful of the levels the intended way, got stuck on the one with rails.

This game made me laugh the most out of any of the game jam submissions and I think that's worth something.

Looks cool but it seems like the window is too small for the game? When I try to play it I can barely press the play button and the text runs off screen, like it's too zoomed in or something. I'll wait to rate it to see if you are able to fix it.

Really impressive what you guys managed to make given the time constraints. The game is fun and looks great. There are a lot of enemies so performance can be a little questionable, and the rainbow wouldn't open all the way for me, but great job overall!

Great artwork and a cool combination of stealth and turn based combat! There were some bugs with enemy AI and movement but good job overall!

Really cool spin on the classic turn based formula. I really like the idea and I think you should develop it further!

It's so cute and I actually liked the gameplay quite a bit. I would love if you would add sound effects and maybe make the sheep appear in the pen after you herd them. Good job!

Seems pretty unfinished, the customers weren't ordering anything and I couldn't figure out how to work the grill or the cutting board, but you could definitely go somewhere with this :D

I really liked this one! The art is great and I love that it has sound effects and music. Gameplay is solid and I hope you will develop this game further cause I would totally play it! One suggestion: make killing enemies heal you so you have incentive to kill them instead of just running away.

Frankly I wasn't expecting much but this game is really good! The gameplay is super simple but very fun, you had a great idea!

I couldn't quite figure out what the controls were, I tried pressing a bunch of buttons and looking for a ui element or something but I couldn't get past the first bit of dialogue :(

Super stressful but in a good way! The writing was great and funny. At some point my screen turned into just the windows wallpaper, I was hoping to get some sort of report but that didn't happen for me. Maybe a bug?

That's cool but I genuinely think this could be worthy of an App store or Play store release

Extremely impressive given the time constraints. Good idea, good execution, very nice looking art, and super polished. Also cute and had a good charm to it.

The effects are soooooo good! The gameplay is also simple and fun but I really wish you could attack faster, it felt lame waiting like a sitting duck for my attack to recharge. Also make the music louder :D
