You found the life lesson!

I think we had a very similar idea, I love it! Just some more balancing and variations would have been nice. I made it to around 140 seconds but at that point it was basicall impossible to survive.

I did not mean to offend you and the game was lots a fun. And it's totally legit to make a similar arrangement of previous games, so no worries!

Thanks for the feedback! And yeah, I already had the same feeling. I implemented all feedback in the last few hours because I had no time before that and it felt like the least important thing compared to the other tasks.

The atmosphere was really top notch and the art style on point. I am just not a fan of the question/decision type of game.

I love that the game felt very polished, but it looks extremely similar to your "Zone of the spinners" game...  The exact same UI elements and the same indicator ring beneath the enemy, I don't know man.

Cool idea with the UI elements :)

Cool idea and nice graphics and music!

I did not understand the game to be honest

Cool background music

Was lots of fun and nice background art!

Very nice graphics and it felt like a polished game. Sometimes we ran into game-breaking bugs though where the candle was somewhere outside the map and even a restart was not possible or the game did not end after it was finished. But it is an innovative idea.

Very nice graphics and story/texts! Sadly it's not too challenging

I love it! I took one or two runs to figure out that there is a multiplier, but after that it went smoother. Did not make it over 2 nights though, I always failed at around 250.

Not much to add or complain about, everything fits perfectly. The art, the difficulty, the sounds... :)

It's quite fun, but it would be way more fun if the upgrades would work. I am not sure if this is because you were not finished with the mechanics or if I did something wrong.

Graphics and music are on top!

Very nice game, its quite addicting with all the upgrades and things to buy.

Really love the idea, its a unique game!

Very cool idea and the visuals are extremely good. I love when people have a small, basic game concept but are therefore able to really work on the fine tuning.

For sure! There is only so many things you can do with this limited time :) Something is always not on point

Pure love from start to end. The french accent makes it so much better.

I really like the idea and I love games with upgrades

I love it! The game got me... hoked ;)

Graphics could use some more work though and the render distance, which is an important part for this game, is sadly too low. And I think if the return speed got too high, the hook will not collect any trash because the collision wont be registered I guess.

I can 10/10 understand that

Really nice that you put in different types of the fishing minigame and a nice detail with making the selling sound effect having a random pitch!

I love the twist a lot!

I love the music, makes me want to watch The Godfather again! Great gameplay as well, very smooth and in general very well done.

Nice :D Did you finish the last level? When I first created the level I did it first try, so I increased the difficulty and when I retried it took me at least 10 minutes to finish it. Which is perfect for the last level.

Very nice game and especially the graphics! I just sometimes get to a bug where I can not pick up anything anymore

Thank you! :)

Thanks :)

Thank you! :)

Thanks man! I hope you reached Level 4 if you were annoyed  by the rats

  • Story relatable
  • Sheds a light on the ocean pollution topic
  • Nice art! I love that you took the time to make the water/sun reflection animated

The only bad thing I think is that it is too easy and not really much "danger". And the music, even though I love it, gets very repetitive (Which is the exact same feedback that I got in my last games as well, so no worries :D)

Just played it, sick! Music was awesome, I was vibing I'm telling you. The idea of making the striped shadows rotate is great, I have to remember that. The first time I lost I thought I won :D

Edit: Oh no, the music stopped. I thought there was an ending, but it's about the score

No problem! The screenshots look really really good though. And it's the first one with cardboard as background instead of the lined paper, I like that

No :D So I guess it was wrong

Still my favourite game of the jam!

Thank you so much!

I noticed that the shadows are not in the HTML version and it sucks. They added so much depth to be able to track the tomatoes better! And I did not try the Instagram button, but ye.. it doesnt work either. That would explain why I did not gain a single Instagram follower! :D

I have build both versions at the same time, so it has to be because of Unity. WebGL probably can't handle some of it? I just have to remember to check for that in the next GameJam. Thanks for telling!
