Thank you! Glad you liked it! I've definitely got ideas for other similar games but nothing concrete yet. I agree, I think there is lots of potential in a gamified music sequencer and that Sound Guys just scratches the surface. For now though, I've been working on other games almost entirely unrelated to those ideas! We will have to see if inspiration strikes for me to do another game in this vein but comments like this definitely are encouraging :)

Yeah I definitely agree on the 2nd spell being too weak (and also not readable as an aoe)! I think the 3rd spell is definitely the strongest by far at the start but I don't mind that for now as it's a good reward for saving power early and encouraging players who are experimenting and taking risks by hoarding power. Will need to see how that evolves though as I tweak enemy spawn rates etc
Yeah I am a big fan of What the Golf! Nice reference! When I was planning the game was going to be more puzzley with forcing you take certain shots one after the other playing more of a part. That didn't really come to fruition though so it feels more similar to What the Golf! than originally planned. The club switch is intentional :)
Thanks for letting me know about the game restart being broken. If I get time I'll have a look but until then refreshing the page will have to do! I couldn't recreate the laser not killing blobs? Maybe I just haven't noticed it. I assume you are clicking and dragging to make your laser bigger - the further you drag the wider your laser will be! I agree about cycling through the colour being annoying as well. I was hoping to put the game on my phone though so adding a button didn't feel right and in the later stages of the game every laser counts so the problem solves itself a little bit. I just played again and got to 174 seconds, I would be interested to know how far you have managed to get!
Thanks! Yeah when envelopes start to gather the game can get v buggy, sorry about that just didn't have time to finish all the bug fixing. I agree about the background actually! It was meant to look like a wooden table but I don't think I really captured that haha! Do you have any ideas for other backgrounds? I would love to hear them and maybe go in and change it.
