Yes, it’s been fixed in the latest version.

If the Convergence chapter is still locked for you, please try replaying and clearing the Zone 6 boss again, that should correctly trigger the unlock.

Yes, that was a known issue in the previous version — Zone 7 (Cosmic Convergence) wasn't unlocking properly after clearing Zone 6. This has been fixed in the latest update.
