I'd really appreciate any feedback that anyone has on the strategy game that I have designed, Fail State. The game is a love letter to GMT's COIN series but instead of needing to find a full play group and about 4 hours, this can be played against AI opponents in the browser in about 20 minutes.
I'm really proud of the game and a lot of the interlocking systems that I've developed for it, though there are times that I worry it strays too much into simulation and not enough into game.
