Following up, I have found out that if you use the Copy X item, you can change your characters fertility while remaining human, at least until you close the game.

To replicate this, use the Copy X item on one of your girls to become that species. Then use Copy X on yourself. Congrats, you now have fertility levels of that species as a human. It's fun to do this as a human and copy the rabbit species so that you have basically permanent 200% fertility, which also solves my previous issue in a roundabout way. Although 75% fertility is still my characters baseline for whatever reason.

How about adding lactation to the game? We already get each of the girls pregnant several hundred times over per game. Also a counter for how many times a girl has gotten pregnant, not how many babies she has had, would be fun.

I am not sure if this is a bug or not but when I started my game, my character was always 100% fertile. Somewhere along the line, my character became 75% fertile and nothing I can do seems to fix it. Has anyone else had this issue?

Tried to download and play the free version but it just did not work. One of the files would not extract properly from the ZIP file. It's weird.
