It’s called Adder, and comes in 3 widths. I mixed the different widths up to get the title like that.

I’m so glad you like it!

I hope you get some good play out of it!

Thanks!

Thanks!

I hope you have fun!

I'm glad you're enjoying it!

  • The Potion of Invisibility lasts for 3 hours, so you only use that right before you enter a dangerous part of the swamp.
  • The Broom of Flying lasts for the entire next night (all 8 hours)
  • The Helpful Helper lasts for the rest of the game, which will be at most 2 nights, since you cannot summon it until the break between the first and second nights.

Was the Helper the one causing confusion?

That would be cool! I’d love to see what you come up with.

Hello and thanks for playing! I gotta say, I did not consider what happened to the apostle after you ascend. Thinking about it now, I would say that in your ascended form, you could probably watch over Darla as she continues her journey to ascension. (Is this the plot of Godspark 2???)

As for the mechanical question, the idea was I did not want you to have to track Life for the apostles, so yes: as long as they don't roll a 1 and go down to zero power, they survived the attack (maybe it missed, maybe it was only a small injury, however you want to think about it).

Yes, I wish I could do something about the shipping costs. But you’re in luck! The game will be in the Lost Bay Studios shop once fulfillment of the Kickstarter is complete, and they have a much easier time with EU delivery. If you send me a message through the Contact form on my website, I can notify you when they are available.

I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for sharing!!

Thank you so much for sharing! I’m really glad that you are enjoying the game.

Thanks for letting me know! I’m glad you enjoyed it.

Could you please post a link to the discord?

Thank you so much for the kind words! It was a lot of fun to write, and I hope people enjoy playing it.

Sure! That sounds lovely.

I'm so glad you liked it! Yes, I wanted it to be something that you didn't win every time to give it a little re-playability. Add as many nights as you like!

Thank you! It was a fun project to pull together.

Thanks! It was a fun little writing exercise. And yeah, I only recently realized I could make (simple) animated gifs in procreate, so I went for it! lol

Forsooth, I wrote it for the practice. I

Could nary get my wife to try it out.

I thank you for the laudatory note

And commend you for your iambic verse.

That’s so great to hear!! I’m glad you are having fun with it.

Thanks, Atti! I'm so glad you liked it.

You know, you have described better the feeling that I was going for with this game better than I ever have. Thanks for playing!

Hahaha, I'm so glad someone noticed! Every time I tweaked the font size I had to adjust them lol. And yes, I'm guessing lots of people heard "Modern Fantasy" and thought, how do I make the underworld modern?

I'm so glad you liked it! Thanks for playing!

I love this. There are some great ideas for weapons and character mods in this little shop. I’ll definitely give my players a chance to visit this place soon.

Looks amazing. Looks like it will play well too. Well done.

Thanks for the comments!

In reply to your questions, you are absolutely correct that the PCs are delivered right to the assassin. That was mostly so that I could contain the entire encounter in a single pamphlet (which I really like doing). Building out a bit more of the situation would probably require switching to a zine, with a tables of rumors and hooks, maybe a point-crawl through the city to find the assassin, etc.

As for helping the corpos, that depends a bit on what the PCs decide to do once the encounter begins. Could they subdue the assassin and bargain with them? Could they take out the assassin, but then make off with the assassin's gear instead of reporting back to the quest giver? Again, you are correct in your assessment that the quest giver works for the corpos the way I wrote it.

In any event, I am glad that you enjoyed reading it!

I'm so glad you liked it!

That's awesome! Thanks for letting me know!
