Hey, thank you so much for taking all this time to play and review our game and even make this very insightful video. We have reviewed it carefully and believe it illustrates our biggest Problems Perfectly. I think with your Note that this might not be the right format for a gamejam Entry you are on the right track and we are working on making the gameplay loop more claer to players this second. 

So the mechanics to find the brazier that leads to the next level are as follows: You usually get directions by Gaslight that are untrue in some way but have an easy modifyer to decode the actual meaning. If you follow the directions, they lead you to an NPC that tells you the important Clue to decrypt what Gaslight told you, then you use the decrypted new directions from the starting point of the level to get to a brazier that takes you to the next level. There you get new directions, another modifyer to decrypt them and so on. Your most helpful Tool is the Notebook that lists all your clues for solving the directions and allows you to even draw the right directions if you want to visualize them. 

I think The part that makes the Game unplayable for many People is if youre unable to find the Npc with the new clue because their information becomes relevant in levels there after. I see now how this is so complex a mechanic, that especially as a Jam entry would only end up confusing players if not explained propperly. I hope i can improve the guidance by altering the introductory Text to our game. Eiter way, your Review has been tremendously helpful, thank you!

Hey thats a really fun game you got there, It really stands out how polished it it! I also enjoyed the Novelty of this entry loads, since most games i played so far went in other directions

Phenomenal Game with great replay value! Such a good entry for this scale, by braind doesent allways compute fast enough but i thought that added tension and challenge

Unfortunately this was so bugged for me to the point i couldnt play but i was able to really admire the Visuals!!! Hope i can getr it to run on my pc, wasnt sure about controlls or guidance either unfortunately
