hello!! I have replayed the game and I did find 2 bugs(?) while playing ;;

first one is when I try to use "Ask". Instead of the "Ask me if I am a tree!" lines appearing, it started transitioning to the chibi Myrddin introduction scene 

second one is when I tried to choose the Bilingual and Multilingual options in the language topic, it just keeps looping to the "Oh, we could become very analytical with this one." part ;w;

but overall, I think the update is pretty neat! I like the named saves function, as I do tend to forget which save is which,,,,

I've been reading your guy's discussions and theories (I am gathering all the contents I can from this game @.@) And I am so glad to see your thoughts on the update (hope that does not sound weird, I genuinely like reading theories from other ppl, is all). Thank you for deciphering the story, that is such an interesting read!! And with how. and also,,,

YES YES, exact thoughts!!!! I like this aspect of the game a lot. Both of them CANNOT be telling the truth, or at the very least, are twisting the truth to for their benefit. AAAAAAA can't wait to see more of your guy's thoughts on the game

I have read through the logs, and I have to say, everything is pretty neat and seamless as far as I can tell! The story's direction is amazing, and I am so so excited to see everyone's reaction and discussions about this and the following chapters QuQ!! Wishing the best for your project!!

holy crap, if I had not done that, I would have never found this absolute gem so please allow me to ramble about it!! to the others reading this, this may be a bit spoilery ( i don't know how to spoiler tag so i am very sorry ;; since i posted this during the new update but AAAAA

I just love love LOVE games that toy with emotions, humanity and morality as a whole, things that make you question what is real and what is not. Can Myrddin's story be trusted? How much of his words and actions are sincere? Is the entity writing the book to be trusted? How much does it know? It has known Myrddin for longer than us, but does that mean it's free from bias? We've known Myrddin for longer, interacted with him more, but does that mean he is genuine? Moral? Right? Seeing how I felt during the game too is very interesting to observe!! Of course, my heart would've been twisted with "affection" for the guy, I've known him for longer and everything felt too real, so knowing the possibility of it being nothing but a mere act makes my emotions contort wildly!! Oh, and that scene where Myrddin is being tortured, it was such a hard watch... but nevertheless, did he deserve that? or was the catalyst that set him off. Oh man Oh MAN I am definitely going to keep my eye on this game, haha! 

Here is just more ramble for the rest of this comment, because I GENUINELY CANNOT CONTAIN MYSELF RIGHT NOW (may or may not be right, I just need to get it OUTTT) (feel free to add your thoughts plspls)

-THE STORY ABOUT THE DEAL. One of the lines mention there being 2 paths leading to the same outcome, it made me think of the ending of the current chapter. I think whatever we choose there, the path will stay the same

-I read the comment by sharpestcookie here and i gotta say, THEIR THEORY IS THEORY-ING!! Especially below the box segment, oh my oh my

-I love how the IF itself plays around with the elements regarding it!! The way Myrddin was suddenly in front of the text box was an unsettling but fun experience!! The way I wasn't in control when the last chapter forced my cursor to quit the current session? Awesome, this is what I love about psychological horror IF's.

-I cannot wait to see the ending I'll get for the current route I've been on when the endings are made!!

-I would most likely not survive a horror movie, given the fact that I have become attached to something I am not even sure I can trust fully yet (definitely not planning on freeing Myrddin on my first route even if it means the end of the world because that's unfortunately the kind of person I am)

screaming and frothing at the mouth... the edge of this cliff(hanger) is that of an abyss... must resist tears doing the seeker route.... amazing work will now be crying and rambling to my friends about your game once more.... thank you for the lovely update (sobsob)

I'm so glad I found this game! The story is good so far, and I really hope to see a full game soon (if you're not making one, that's fine too!). I hope to see more content of the two guys, they're so interesting...

HELLO???? Oh, how this story evoked so many emotions within me... I never read/played a story like this before. The art and the pacing are so enjoyable, the tension was felt and ughhh, what mandra did near the end??? makes me want to cry... can't wait to see how this story goes, rooting for this!!!!

I was just searching for any good point and click games on itch and found this game. At first, it didn't seem to click with me, but after playing this late at night yesterday, I was enamored. the characters, the choices, how super interactive it is, is so amazing. I like how simple everything is, but how deep the story is for each character. Especially Oliver and Natalie, they were definitely my favorites by how much I resonated with their stories!! Amazing, truly is.
