If you got stuck on the teacups, try placing the pink cup in the top slot. If you got stuck on the patch holes in level two, try dragging the tape over the holes on the balloon

For the cutlery, try placing the pink teacup in the top spot, and dragging the tape on the holes to patch the balloon. Hope this helps :D
